If you wish to cancel, amend or rearrange your appointment please give us 48 hours or two working days notice to avoid cancellation charges. Any appointments that are not cancelled within 48 hours or two working days will incur a cancellation fee of the full service value and you will be required to make full pre-payment for your next appointment.
