Here at Christian Wiles Hairdressing we need your support if we are to survive as an independent business during these challenging times.
Following government guidelines due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we are limited to how many appointments we can service during the day. As a result, our stylists are running busy columns and a late cancellation or a no show for an appointment means that we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
We do understand that life doesn’t always go according to plan and that there can be exceptional circumstances. However, If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment can you please let our reception team know 48 hours prior to your appointment which will give us enough time to fill the slot.
Here is a reminder of our Cancellation Policy and please bear in mind that we will also be asking you to pay a deposit to secure your appointment slot and minimise the amount of contact when you are in the salon. You can pay the remaining amount in salon using contactless payments.
If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours or two working days’ notice is required.
If you fail to give 48 hours or two working days’ notice you will incur a cancellation fee of the full-service value and you will be required to make full pre-payment for your next appointment.
Out of courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text message or an email 3 days prior to your appointment. It is always the client’s responsibility to remember their appointment time and date and to update the salon with changes to their contact details.
Please Note: The salon is closed on a Sunday and Monday so if you wish to make any changes to a Tuesday appointment, you will need to contact us on the Saturday before the appointment.
