The welfare of our team and clients is always the priority at Christian Wiles Hairdressing.
The ongoing and daily evolving Coronavirus situation has lead us to update our policies and educate our team and all our clients on preventative & cautious measures that we must now take to protect each other and minimise the risk of infection.
We have also created a designated salon on the first floor that is especially for customers whom the government have deemed vulnerable:

If you have symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19) please do not enter the salon. Instead call us and rebook your appointment.
Symptoms, as per government guidelines, are a cough, a high temperature and shortness of breath. More details can be found here.
In the interest of our team & clients, please call the salon and reschedule your appointment if you feel unwell. Do not visit us.
Visit the bathroom when you arrive at the salon to cleanse your hands in hot soapy water for 30 seconds.
If you have an upcoming appointment at Christian Wiles Hairdressing and have been to a category 1 or 2 country/area since the beginning of February 2020, please reschedule your appointment after a period of 14 days of self-isolation. Get the latest travel advice here.
Rest assured that we are, as always, maintaining extremely high standards of cleanliness. We are wiping down services, chairs and door handles with anti-bacterial spray after each visit, and our staff have been educated on risk reduction.
We will continue to monitor the evolving situation closely and will adapt our procedures accordingly and strictly follow government guidelines at the situation develops.
