6 Ways To Support Your Local Salon

Thank you to all our lovely clients for supporting Christian Wiles Hairdressing in Northampton during the Coronavirus pandemic.  Your support means the world to us and helps us continue operating as a business.

Of course, some clients have not yet returned to Christian Wiles because you are shielding or your circumstances have changed but we sincerely hope to welcome you back some time soon.  In the meantime, we would be grateful for any support you can give us.  Here’s how you can continue supporting our salon and team…  

#1. Buy A Gift Voucher

Treat your friends and loved ones (or yourself) to a Christian Wiles Gift Card!  The card can be used to pay for your hair service when you are next in the salon!  Check out our online gift cards here.

#2. Purchase Your Hair Products At The Christian Wiles Online Shop

#3. Book Your Appointment Before You Leave

If you book your next hair appointment before you leave the salon this helps us to plan ahead and will give you some great savings up to 20%. Find out more about our Rebooking Discount here. We will also ask you to pay a deposit to secure your appointment slot and minimise the amount of contact when you are in the salon.  You can pay the remaining amount in salon using contactless payments. We hope you understand the need for us to do this and sincerely thank you for your understanding. 

#4. Give Us Plenty Of Notice If You Have To Cancel

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment due to unforseen circumstances.  It would hugely help us if you could give at least 48 hours or two working days’ notice if you need to re-schedule, cancel, or change your service.  If given enough time, we may be able to give your appointment slot to another client. No-one likes having to pay a cancellation fee so please make sure you give us the required notice period.  Out of courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text message or an email 3 days prior to your appointment.
